Today’s class runs 6pm - 9pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and dinner provided. As the class prepares their own dinner it may be later in the evening before we dine.
Chef Ross will be sharing all his hints and tips for a successful dinner party along with some tales from the Masterchef kitchen.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook delicious dinner party style dishes. This class is suitable for all levels cooking experience with all dishes being fully shown, skills demonstrated and carried out all in a relaxed enjoyable environment.
Today’s menu –
Asparagus, Serrano ham, truffle mayo, crispy onion & pecorino.
Cod fillet, salsa verde, chorizo, new potatoes & kale.
Lemon & basil posset, Italian meringue & ginger crumb
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from today.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
