Tonight’s class runs 4pm -7pm approx, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments and tasters through the night.
During class tonight there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chefs of popular authentic Indian street food dishes. The chefs will be showing the students how to make all the dishes with tasters provided, the students will then be hands on making bhajis, chutney and tikki to take home from the night.
Tonights menu is suitable for vegetarians & everything is gluten free except the chat dish -
Gobi Pakora (Cauliflower)
Paneer, Aloo and Saboodana Tikki (Paneer and Potato)
Hari Bhari Chutney (Mint and Coriander)
Khatti Mithi Chutney (Mango)
Aloo Pappdi Chat (Potato)
Please take along a couple of tubs to take home your chutney, bhaji and tikki home . We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen. As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from above description.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date; once booking and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if it's not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch with us as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
