Tonight’s class runs 4pm – 7pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and dinner provided.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook a delicious relaxed dinner party menu. The class will be hands on making the starter and main with the chef preparing the dessert for everyone to taste

Caramelised Shallot Tarte Tatin
Herb crusted rack of lamb, Rosti Potato, broccoli, beetroot & salsa verde
Custard Tart, rhubarb & tarragon.
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from the class.
