Tonight’s class runs 6pm – 9pm approx, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments and dinner meal provided.
During class tonight there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chefs of Indian dishes that you will make, with the chefs preparing you a delicious curry that you will sit down and enjoy with the rest of the group along with a glass of wine. You will start the class by making the traditional chutney, that will be yours to take home. The chefs will demonstrate the chapati then everyone will have a bash at it, which usually takes out the competitive nature in everyone! The chefs will have talked through the process and demonstrated the curry before you sit down and enjoy. Then the chefs demonstrate the mango chutney along with the pakora which you will make and take home. This class is suitable for any level cooking experience as menus are kept simpler with everything being demonstrated and the chefs being on hand at all times to help.
