Tonight’s class runs 6pm – 9pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and evening meal provided.
During class tonight there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to make the prefect steak. Everyone will be hands on cooking their steak to their liking along with all the accompanying vegetables to complete the dish that you can enjoy with a glass of wine or juice as your evening meal, as you are making your own meal it may be slightly later in the evening before we dine. The chef will be making the Crème Brulee for everyone to enjoy as dessert. This class is suitable for any level of cooking with the chef demonstrating everything and being on hand at all times to answer any questions.

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms on Toasted Sourdough
6oz rib eye steak, thyme and lemon parmentier potatoes, balsamic roasted tomatoes, garlic portabello mushroom
Peppercorn sauce and Chimichurri sauce
Crème Brulee with shortbread
We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen. As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from above description.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if it’s not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
