Today’s class runs 1pm – 430pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons and refreshments provided.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of some classic bakes. Everyone will be hands on making most of the treats to take home from the class & the chef will be demonstrating the Stollen Spirals for everyone to taste. This class is perfect for any ability from people with very little baking experience or for people who want to perfect their bakes.

Please bring along a few tubs & tins to take all your beautiful bakes home & dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise.
