Tonight’s class runs 6pm – 9pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and evening meal provided.
During class tonight there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook delicious menu as a change from the usual Christmas offering. The chef will be preparing the Soup for everyone to taste as a starter, then everyone will be hands on cooking all the side dishes to go along with the Gammon that the chef will be baking for everyone to dine on alongside a glass of wine as the evening meal, as you will be preparing your own meal we may dine later in the evening. The chef will also be making the dessert for everyone to eat at the end of the class.

Chestnut soup with bacon crumbles
Sugar Glazed Gammon, Mulled Wine Braised Cabbage, Celeriac and Smoked Bacon Dauphinoise, Roasted Brussels in Cranberry and Orange & Carrots, harrisa and honey.
Gin Panacotta, Tonic Jelly & Honeycomb
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from the evening.
