Tonight’s class runs 6pm – 9pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and evening meal provided.
During class tonight there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook a delicious menu featuring some game. The chef will be demonstrating all the dishes with students preparing the pigeon starter and venison main to eat during the class. Chef will be preparing dessert for everyone to enjoy at the end of the session.

Warm salad of pigeon, bacon & black pudding
Venison loin, celeriac mash, carrots with a blackberry jus
Mini baked Alaska
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from the evening.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
