Tonight’s class runs from 6.00 – 9.00pm approximately, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments and meal provided.
Class tonight is made up with a combination of hands on cookery and chef demonstrations with tasters.

Sweetcorn Fritters with chilli dipping sauce
Penang Chicken Curry with sticky jasmine rice
Coconut & Rum pannacotta with mango chilli salsa
Our class is suitable for any cooking abilities as everything is demonstrated and the Chef is always on hand to help. Please take along a couple of tubs for any leftovers you may have.
We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen.
As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from the above description.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking and payment has been made, you will receive confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if it’s not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
