Today’s class runs 12pm - 3pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and lunch provided.
This class is vegetarian adaptable – however please do let us know at time of booking.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook delicious Italian dishes. This class is suitable for all levels cooking experience with all dishes being fully shown, pasta skills demonstrated and carried out all in a relaxed enjoyable environment. Students will be mastering making a great mussel dish and perfecting their pasta making skills for to eat for dinner with the chef making the desert for everyone to enjoy.

Trio of Bruschetta – Tomato & Basil. Broadbean Garlic & Feta. Fig, goats cheese & Proscuitto.
Fresh Tagliatelle with spinach & Chicken Alfredo
White Chocolate and Vanilla Bean Pancacotta with Strawberries
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from today.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
