Tonight’s class runs 6pm – 9pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and dinner provided.
During class tonight there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook some delicious fish dishes. This class is suitable for all levels cooking experience with all dishes being fully shown, we will be using filleted fish, so you don’t need to worry about gutting it. Students will be hands on making the pasta dish & seabass and the chef will be preparing everything else for the class to taste. As everyone is making their own meal we may dine later in the night.
Tonight’s menu –
Crab, Tarragon & Chilli Linguine
Pan fried seabass with chorizo, spinach and crushed potatoes
Roast cod loin, puy lentils, roast carrots and tomato dressing
Lemon cake, blackcurrant ice cream, meringue and curd.
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from today.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
