Tonight’s class runs 4pm - 7pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and dinner provided.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook a delicious relaxed dinner party menu. The chef will be preparing the Pate for everyone to enjoy as a starter, then everyone will be hands on cooking the meal of Pork Loin which you can enjoy with a glass of wine. Everyone will be hands on making the chocolate torte to take home from the class.
Today’s menu –
Chicken liver pate with caramelised onion chutney and toasted brioche
Pancetta wrapped pork loin stuffed with black pudding, parsnip puree, parmentier potatoes, asparagus tips with a whisky sauce
Chocolate torte with raspberries and Chantilly cream.
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from the evening.
