Today’s class runs 10am – 4pm approx, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments, lunch and lots of tasters provided.
During class today the chefs will be demonstrating and preparing some delicious dishes for you to taste, make and take home. The chefs will be preparing the Lamb Rogan Josh for everyone to enjoy for lunch, they will also be preparing the Masala Jinga for everyone to taste, everyone will then be hands on making the Traditional Chicken Curry to take home from the class. Students will also be hands on making the fruity chutney, Bombay potatoes and spicy onions to take home from the class. Everyone will be hands on making naans from scratch and vegetable pakoras to take home, and the chefs will demonstrate all the other dishes for everyone to taste.

Our class is suitable for any cooking abilities as everything is demonstrated and lots of tips of how to get the best results from your spices. We always get comments of how fun and relaxed the class is, with everyone happy with their results from the class.
Please take along several tubs as you will have plenty goodies to take home from the class. We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen. As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from above description.
All bookings to be made atleast 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and inturn the class may fill up.
