Tonight’s class runs 6pm - 9pm approx, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments and informal meal provided.

During class tonight the chefs will be demonstrating and preparing a delicious evening of food and fun. The chefs will be making the curry, talking you through and showing you every stage of the dish with everyone sitting down to eat it for a relaxed informal meal together, where a glass of wine or juice being offered. Students will be hands on making the fruity chutney which will be yours to take home to enjoy, everyone will be hands on cooking the pakora’s to take home also. The chefs will demonstrate the Bombay potatoes, spicy onions and mango chutney for everyone to have a taster of. The class will be hands on preparing the chapati’s which always brings out the competitive nature in everyone.

Aloo Baigan – Potato and Aubergine Curry with Jeera Rice
Our class is suitable for any cooking abilities as everything is demonstrated and lots of tips of how to get the best results from your spices. We always get comments of how fun and relaxed the class is, with everyone happy with their results from the class.
Please take along a small tub / jar to take your chutney home and a larger tub to take home around 8 or so pakora . We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen. As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from above description.
All bookings to be made atleast 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and inturn the class may fill up.
