Today’s class runs 10am – 4pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and informal lunch provided.
Today is all about bread, students will be making various styles and flavours of bread from scratch. Mixing, proving, kneading and shaping will all be worked on. The chef will be demonstrating and talking through every step and process used whilst making different styles of bread from around the world. Students will be hands on making everything – so plenty elbow grease will be needed. Students will be using their calzone to enjoy for lunch and they will taste all of the chef’s breads throughout the day with wine and juice on offer.
This class would be great for any level of cook, with everything being demonstrated and the chef being on hand at all times. Come along for a relaxing day and knead your stresses away.

As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise.
