Tonight’s class runs from 4.00pm - 7.00pm approximately, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments and dinner meal provided.
During class tonight, there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the Chefs of Indian dishes that you will make, with the Chefs preparing you a delicious curry that you will sit down and enjoy with the rest of the group along with a glass of wine or juice. You will start the class by making traditional chutney to take home with you. The Chefs will demonstrate the chapati, then everyone will have a bash at it, which usually brings out the competitive nature in everyone! The Chefs will have talked through the process and demonstrated the curry before you sit down to dine and enjoy. Then the Chefs demonstrate the mango chutney along with the pakora which you will then make and take home. This class is suitable for any level cooking experience as menus are kept simple, with everything being demonstrated and the Chefs being on hand at all times to help.
Tonight's Menu -
Mango Chutney (Demonstration)
Chicken Dopyiaza and Jeera Rice (Demonstration and meal)
Please take along a couple of tubs to take home your chutney and pakoras. We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen. As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from the above description.
