Tonight’s class runs from 6.00pm – 9.00pm approximately, with ingredients, recipes, apron, refreshments and dinner meal provided.
During class tonight, there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the Chefs of Indian dishes that you will make, with the Chefs preparing you a delicious curry that you will sit down and enjoy with the rest of the group along with a glass of wine or juice on offer for the evening meal. The class will be hands on making the Daal and Madras to take home from the class. This class is suitable for any level cooking experience as menus are kept simple, with everything being demonstrated and the Chefs being on hand at all times to help. This class can be suitable for Vegetarians with a paneer on offer instead of chicken for the Madras – please just let us know at time of booking.

Potato & Aubergine Curry and Jeera Rice
Please take along a couple of tubs to take home your curries home. We advise that you dress comfortably as it can get quite warm in the kitchen. As we use all fresh and local produce, our menu may change slightly from the above description.
