Tonight’s class runs from 6.00pm – 9.00pm approximately, with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and informal meal provided.
During class tonight, there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the Chef on how to prepare a lovely Mexican fiesta. The chef will be hands on making the nachos for everyone to taste, students will be hands on making the Chorizo Tacquitos before being hands on making the Beef enchiladas to enjoy for dinner. Chef will then prepare the cheesecake for everyone to taste for dessert. This class is suitable for all levels of cooking experience and is really relaxed and informal.

As we use try to use all local and fresh produce, our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to bring a tub along to take home any leftovers.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking and payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if it’s not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
