Today’s class runs 10am – 4pm approx., with all ingredients, recipes, aprons, refreshments and lunch provided.
During class today there will be hands on cookery and demonstrations from the chef of how to cook delicious Italian dishes. This class is suitable for all levels cooking experience with all dishes being fully shown, pasta skills demonstrated all in a relaxed enjoyable environment. There will be a lot of eating in this class with plenty goodies to take home too.

Rosemary & Red Onion Focaccia Bread
Wild Mushroom Risotto
Gnocchi with asparagus, thyme & parmesan
Pork fillet with sage and Marsala wine
Cavolo nero with chilli, garlic and extra virgin olive oil
Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with a sage butter sauce
Chocolate & Amaretto Torte
As we use try to use all local and fresh produce our menu may change at any given time should any problems arise. Please dress comfortably as it can get warm in the kitchen. Feel free to take along a tub for any leftovers that you may have from today.
All bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the class date, once booking & payment has been made you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours – please check your junk box if its not in your inbox. If you do not receive confirmation please get in touch as your booking may not have been received, and in turn the class may fill up.
